The vision is your dream. What you want the world to be. On a grand scale, it’s why your organization exists. It is generally unchanging.

OXFAM: A just world without poverty.

Some businesses may choose to describe more what they will do, than describe what that world would look like based on values.

GOOGLE: To provide access to the world’s information in one click.

In Google's case its vision is focused on providing access to information. It doesn't state if that means for everyone or according to which values. In that sense its vision is more neutral with a focus on technology ("one click"), something one might expect from a tech company.
